Anessa Holman, PMHNP-BC
Born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky, I attended Apollo High School. Upon graduation from Apollo, I began working as a Certified Nursing Assistant while attending nursing school. I worked for almost 2 decades in Cardiac Care and Intensive Care before returning to school at Western Kentucky University, where I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing. I am currently Board Certified through the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have been practicing child and adolescent psychiatry since 2018. Children are my whole heart and I feel privileged to be able to care for my community’s youth here at Owensboro Pediatrics. I have been married for 20 years and have 2 teenage boys.

Rachel Tesreau, MA, LPCC-S
I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Rhodes College and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Valparaiso University. My husband and I are originally from Missouri, but made Owensboro home in 2016 after living and working in northern Indiana for many years. I love working with children of all ages and teaching others, and I also teach at Brescia for their Master’s of Psychology program. In my free time, I love traveling, shopping, and trying new restaurants.

Sarah Worth, LCSW
I was born and raised in Utica, KY, and attended Apollo High School. I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Brescia University in 2009 and received a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2017 from Western KY University. I have been practicing mental health therapy since 2017, mostly with children and teens, and I became fully licensed with my LCSW in 2020. I have experience working in the areas of trauma, grief, attachment, depression, and anxiety-based disorders.
My husband, Drew, and I currently live in Hancock County, and we have two sons, Waylon and Simon. We enjoy music, taking walks, and spending time with family.
Brittanni McManaway, LPCA
I was born and raised in Owensboro and attended Daviess County High School. I completed my undergraduate at Western Kentucky University. Then went on for my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. I do Person Centered therapy steeped with some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I’m focused on helping people find their way when the path seems dark. I’m trained in EMDR to help those who have experienced trauma. I’m married and currently do not have children, but we have a beautiful fur baby named Salem.
